Now is a perfect time to gently and kindly remind you in the midst of all of our global chaos, to please take care of you.
The United States just had an election that has left us seemingly polarized, as overnight we move from a president who worked from the energy of “hope“ to a president who seems to hold fear as his weapon of choice.
Around the world people continue to fight for basic rights, liberties and something as basic as food and water.
For those of us privileged to not have to worry about where our next meal is coming from, the bills still need to be paid, the children and animals taken care of and then there’s us.
We need care too.
